NNVAV Zine – Editorial Project for Zemmoa's LP Launch

 

This collectible fanzine was an independent editorial project led by Rogelio Bailléres Gil in collaboration with his sister, Ma. Julieta Bailléres Gil, and with the valuable editorial support of Lic. Raquel Alejandra Barrón Alamilla.

Conceived as a tribute to the launch of “NNVAV” (Nada Nos Va a Vencer) — the LP by Mexican singer Zemmoa — the publication aimed to portray the artist through a deeper, more human lens. At the same time, it offered an editorial photo story capturing the multifaceted essence of her creative persona.

Rogelio oversaw the photographic production, editorial design direction, and content curation. Fashion styling was provided by designer Marvin Durán, while hair and makeup were crafted by image designer Jossimar Castillo.

A limited run of printed copies was produced as collectible editions, which sold out entirely through targeted distribution and launch events. Released in April 2016, the zine also reached the Top 20 alternative publications on ISSUU and was promoted through digital campaigns in New York and Los Angeles, with the support of Miles Richardson and Dan Norwood (WMIH PR), reaching over 500,000 unique readers.
